The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Is No Muscle Car      The Dodge Charger Daytona is easily the most important EV debut to date for Stellantis, and not just because one of the others, the tiny Jeep Avenger, is staying on the other side of the pond.    With 670 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque on tap, the wide coupe isn't short on power or road presence by any means.    But is it actually a muscle car?    There are more than a handful of qualities that might actually pull it in the direction of something a little different, especially when it comes to its closest competitors.    Here's how we see it.
