VW Group's EV shift includes massive investment in Spain; Ferrari commits to V-12s; Smart readies compact SUV for Shanghai show debut

The automaker will build four small electric cars at two factories in the country as well as batteries in Valencia as part of a 10 billion euro investment in the country.
