Well, another nasty lawsuit has emerged out of New York where dualed Alfa Romeo and Maserati dealerships in Great Neck, N.Y., have sued Stellantis and Maserati North America for denying an application to transfer the franchises.
"Not many people are interested in buying Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles, let alone dualed Alfa Romeo-Maserati dealerships right now," Gold Coast Alfa Romeo and Gold Coast Maserati said in the lawsuit.
