Volvo heads off the beaten path in its smallest EV ⚡️

Volvo kicked off its Cross Country lineup back in the 1990s with a more rugged version of its V70, over time giving a variety of its wagons and SUVs an off-road flavor. But its next Cross Country model will be the most distinctive one yet, with the EX30 hatch gaining some ground clearance, skid plates, and other items for some weekend hiking trips that won't venture too far from an electrical outlet. Here's what else this unexpected Cross Country Volvo will offer.
EV conversions of classic Porsche models haven't become less controversial over time, even with the debut of new EVs straight from the factory. But they have become slightly more affordable and slightly more practical. And we could be approaching a moment where the price and range curves might meet at a comfortable-enough point, and where such restomods could become more palatable to owners who are on board with the concept itself, and don't mind affecting the resale value of a given classic. Zelectric's latest 912 conversion just might make sense to some classic car owners, if not Porsche purists.
Rivian has made a name for itself by offering a stylish and capable SUV and truck duo, filled with clever features and advanced tech. But it has also been busy churning out two other models, ones you've probably seen in your neighborhood by now making speedy deliveries for Amazon. Now Rivian is opening up its Delivery 500 and Delivery 700 electric vans to private customers, allowing them to order as few as just one van. But will these specs and prices make sense to small business owners?
