2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Charges into the Future Jeep may have kicked off its EV era with the pocket-sized Avenger in Europe a couple of years ago, but its first mass-market EV in its home country is the Wagoneer S. And it's easy to see why Jeep waited to launch its electric lineup in the US with this particular model. First off, it's a dual-motor EV in base form, and it promises nothing short of 600 hp and 617 lb-ft of torque, good for 0-60 mph launches in just 3.4 seconds. These numbers alone should get repeat Grand Cherokee buyers to pay attention. Another American-sized number is 100.5, and that's the capacity of the battery promising 303 miles in the EPA cycle. And yes, this SUV is actually based on the same platform that also underpins the Dodge Charger Daytona. Inside, there are more screens than in a Circuit City (remember Circuit City?), and Jeep isn't cutting corners on interior materials either. All of these numbers sound like a lot of money. But the actual dimensions of the Wagoneer S, as well as its starting price, might surprise some longtime EV shoppers. |

2025 Tesla Model Y Launch Series Isn't Cheap The Tesla Model Y is not quite new for 2025, but it's the newest its been since its initial launch in 2019— let's put it that way. Shortly after kicking off sales in China and Europe, Tesla's facelifted crossover made its sales debut in the US, with the automaker promising the first deliveries this March. But not all versions of the Model Y will get the "Juniper" treatment all at once. There's a Launch Series with just about all the boxes checked, and it will be the first to arrive. Here's what's new in the refreshed Model Y this year, and how much the Launch Series will cost those who must have the first one on their street. |

Polestar 3 and 4 Receive Rally-Inspired Arctic Circle Treatment Polestar's roots are in Swedish motorsport and tuning. So it's only natural that Volvo's sibling brand cooked up a batch of cars for sliding around a frozen lake near the Arctic Circle. Following up on the Arctic Polestar 2 that was unveiled in 2022, Polestar gave the northern rally treatment to two of its latest models, with the Polestar 3 and 4 models gaining studded tires, modified suspensions and plenty of lights, in addition to the sweet yellow and white livery. Here's the full list of equipment that went into making these Arctic specials. |
