Does This Concept Preview Nissan's Future Low-Poly Look? Just ahead of the Japan Mobility Show, formerly known at the Tokyo Motor Show, Nissan has revealed the design of the Hyper Urban Concept. And it's quite a departure from what we've seen from Nissan in the recent past, even though the overall profile of this crossover should remind you of the Ariya.
Exterior design appears to be the main focus of this crossover, but Nissan plans to preview some new technologies with it as well.
"The car represents future design and technological capabilities of Nissan's electric offerings. The exterior's lime yellow body changes chromatic expressions depending on the angle that light hits it, effectively drawing attention while also blending into the surrounds," Nissan notes.
But does this concept car preview an edgier Ariya of the future, or something far closer, like the next-gen Leaf? |
