CARLISLE, PA – The Carlisle GM Nationals return to the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds this week (June 24-25) and with it, not only ushers in the summer season, but also continues Carlisle's Summer of Muscle. For this year's event, over 1,000 show cars will adorn the National Parts Depot Showfield and along the way, some of the rarest and most unique 3rd Gen Camaros and Firebirds known to exist.
The Early Ford V8 Foundation Museum and the National Auto and Truck Museum have assembled two youth teams for the 2022 Great Race. Old Cars is keeping tabs, thanks to Al Rogers.
Spirits are running high for the Early Ford V8 Foundation Museum (EFV8FM) and National Auto & Truck Museum (NATMUS) Great Race Youth Volunteer Program Grew Race teams at the 2022 Great Race. The NATMUS/EFV8FM teams arrived with their specially prepared 1941 and 1948 Fords in Warwick, Rhode Island, on Tuesday, June 14, ready to compete in their first Great Race.
Young Londoners of the Hagerty Youth Judging Program aged between 13 and 17 from the Westminster City Lions chose the best three cars in the Concours on Savile Row on June 15-16 in London, UK.
1st place was Clive Beecham's 1950 Ferrari 166MM Barchetta, 2nd was Cici Muldoon's 1960 Ferrari 250GT PF Coupé, 3rd was Simon Taylor's 1937 Bentley 4¼ Sedanca Coupé by Gurney & Nutting.
