Fisker Ocean Sails to US Shores and We Take One for a Lap      At first blush the Fisker Ocean looks vaguely similar to any number of other electric SUVs on the market today, complete with thin headlights stretched across the top of the frunk and a large infotainment screen designed to replace most buttons.    But there are a few items that are definitely worth a look if you want to stand out in the crowd—or add range thanks to the sun.     We've recently spent some time in the Ocean Extreme trim, which offers plenty of range along with 564 hp. And when the Sport trim gets here, it will be among the most affordable electric SUVs on the market, with a starting price below $40,000.    Here's what else you need to know about the Fisker Ocean.  READ THE FULL STORY Callum Skye Aims to Be the Adventurous EV      The electric crossovers and SUVs on sale today may appear to cover just about every segment and size category, with offerings for every wallet.    But former Aston Martin and Jaguar designer Ian Callum's own brand is aiming for a niche that hasn't really been explored to date.    The Callum Skye, revealed days ago, is a compact 2+2 that wants to be just as well suited for the trail as running errands around a busy urban center. READ THE FULL STORY Lotus Reveals Chargers Too Fast for Most EVs      Lotus is still largely known for its sports cars, at least in the West, along with Colin Chapman's motto "Simplify, then add lightness."    But now the sports car maker is in the midst of a transition into an EV manufacturer, one with an SUV in the lineup, to be joined soon by a sedan.    The Lotus of 2023 would be unrecognizable to industry watchers even five years ago.     And now, the company is also making EV chargers for charging stations.
