Tesla Robotaxi Is a Driverless Car That Will Cost Under $30,000 Just hours ago Tesla CEO Elon Musk revealed the company's long-promised robotaxi, dubbed Cybercab, with the pocket-sized coupe featuring a few Cybertruck design elements. And just as industry observers had suspected, the Cybercab doesn't have a steering wheel or pedals, instead featuring a large screen on the dash.
But just when could we see these on the roads?
The Tesla reveal was more of a concept demonstration than a debut of a production-ready model, but Elon Musk hinted that such robotaxis could enter production before 2027, adding a caveat or two, while also painting a timeline for when Full Self-Driving (Supervised) might actually become unsupervised.
